Adopt-a-Jump

Our Project has a large number of English jumps and accoutrements which must be stored and yet available for use when we (QC4H, Spirit of Queen Creek) host an English Show.   To this end we have started the Adopt-a-Jump program.   This allows member families to keep at their house Project Jumps.    Adopting families are responsible for care and feeding of the jumps, and are expected to keep the jumps in good repair, but in return may use the jumps on their property for their own practice.   The Adopt-a-Jump form is now available in either MS Excel or PDF.   Either can be filled in electronically or by hand, but they must be printed and signed by an adult guardian.   

If you are interested in Adopting Jumps, please fill out the form and bring the original to Mary Varney.    Arrangements for identifying and moving the jumps are still being made.
