Trail Rides and Trail Safety

Trail Rides

We organize Trail Rides through the year to various locations.    These rides vary in difficulty and length and this information is provided prior to the ride.   Places we've ridden in the past are San Tan Mountain Regional Park, Estrella Regional Park,  and Bulldog Canyon (near the Salt River).

We also plan weekend overnight camping trips with horses.    We usually reserve a loop at Groom Creek over the Memorial Day weekend, but other outings are always possible.

There is information available under Resources regarding other items of interest when Horse Camping.

Trail Safety

We put on Trail Safety clinics through the year, and host one as a County accredited Educational Opportunity in the San Tans.

Travel Safety

When traveling with your horse, its a good idea to contact veterinarians in the area you are traveling to.   This way, should veterinary care be required, you will have names and numbers ready.   Here is a preliminary list of veterinarians from web and phonebook resources.
